Please read the following information before emailing us!
EMAILS SENT REQUESTING ORDER STATUS WITHIN THE STATED PROCESSING TIME WILL NOT BE ANSWERED!
All orders are shipped as soon as possible. Orders may be subject to a processing time of up to 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday 9am-5pm). Delays are sometimes created due to low stock, special orders (such as modifying custom products), and event preparation. All orders are shipped using USPS priority mail (standard delivery time of 1-3 days) for a flat rate of $6.00. The total time taken for the product to reach you may be up to 14 days from date of purchase. Please order accordingly. The Express shipping option for $18 has a shipping time of 1 business day. Your order is also moved to the front of the queue so it can be shipped out as soon as possible. International orders need to select the International option at $13 to cover the international shipping charge.
Returns are accepted on warranty products. These include all Photon
lights, Rex rechargeable and X-lights, Inova micro lights, Flowlights,
Flow Leashes and Crystal Cases. Other products are not guaranteed but
if there is a problem please contact us as soon as possible and we
will do all we can to help you. This may mean getting a replacement product if there is clearly a
defect. However, we do take great care in making sure everything works
before shipping and do our best to pack safely and ship out the
correct products in every order, so there should rarely be a problem. |
