one thing that helps u learn and get better at finger rolls is to practice in any freetime u have.FINGER ROLLS: 1.place your hands out flat (palms facing you) with your pinkies connecting. 2. after u have step one set up, bring each finger one by one down toward you. 3. if u get good at closing them going down toward the left. try closing them toward the right. also if u want kinda tilt your right hand towards your left (if ur going to the left) and close them.left hand towards the right if ur closing to the right.FIGURE EIGHTS: The easiest way to learn figure eights is to practice. its pretty hard picking it up just like that so practice a couple times b4 u give up. 1. move 1 hand in the shape of an 8. 2. make the other hand just simply follow the hand doing the 8 motion. another way to learn this is to 1. put your right hand out (palm facing ground). 2. put ur left hand slightly above where ur right is. 3. keep switching which hand is slightly above the other. 4. keep moving the hands but move them up and down uuntil u eventually get comfortble to do an eight.
